Good morning,

First of all - you will notice there are no AI-headlines this week. I found out 95% of readers only read my opinion piece in the beginning of the newsletter and don’t bother with the rest. So this week, we didn’t bother to write the rest.

And now back to the regular programming.

I have to admit I’m kind of jealous. This week Matt Shumer - someone who is running an AI-only agency wrote a post that went completely viral. I was even emailed about it by three people. Millions of people read that post.

And believe it or not - I had something lined up that echoed the same sentiment.

The world seems more and more divided between people who are starting to realize that this technology is going to disrupt our lives in the same way the internet disrupted our lives but exponentially so.

Between Matt Shumer’s post above and mine (below) - this should give you plenty to think about this weekend.

Enjoy !

…………………………………

Imagine this.

It’s a beautiful day. You’re standing on the beach. White sand, blue water and vibrant green palm trees swaying in the wind. The sun burning down on you and you and others on the same beach are having the time of their lives.

Then you see it. Far far away in the distance, the ocean is swelling. A tsunami is approaching. A feeling of unease settles in your stomach. You feel a twinge of what can only be described as panic. Then you try to warn your fellow beachgoers - but they won’t listen. You try to point at the horizon but they shrug their shoulders. You start to think that YOU are crazy. You close your eyes and open them again. It’s still there - slightly larger now.

You tried but if you want to save yourself, you don’t have any choice.

You start running ..

If you are paying attention to business news you have probably noticed it by now. The layoffs have started. Amazon, Société Géneral, Meta , …

We are living through a violent, high-speed collision of the future into the present, and most of you are still blissfully ignorant.

You’re already here reading this , so might be you’re part of the group that will survive the tidal wave that is approaching.

Work - as we know it - is collapsing.

When I talk about collapsing, I’m not talking about a building falling down. I’m talking about a star collapsing into a singularity - a gravitational pull sucking every disparate thread of our professional lives into a single, white-hot point of convergence.

By late 2026, your decade of domain expertise won't be worth the recycled paper your degree is printed on UNLESS you can orchestrate AI agents.

We are moving toward a single meta-competency: Human Intent + AI Orchestration.

The traditional career ladder has been tossed into the woodchipper. Find yourself a place to work where AI is part of the strategy. Where there is room to experiment with agents or agent swarms.

The Bike-Riding Paradox

People ask me for advice. What to do when the future of work looks so scary.
And the answer is simple : you have to go faster than everyone around you.

Think of a child on a bicycle. They wobble and crash because they think going slow is "safer." They keep one foot on the ground, terrified of the momentum. But stability is a product of speed. When you lean in, when you go full-throttle into the newest tools , the physics change. The wobbles disappear. The patterns solidify in your lizard brain.

You don’t learn to swim by sitting in a deck chair next to the pool. You jump in, get chlorine water in your lungs, and figure out which way is up while you’re sinking.

Dive into Claude Code not now , but yesterday. Check out Lovable. N8N even.

Get on the bike. Pedal harder. It’s the only way to stay upright and ahead of the ignorant masses.

Cheers,
